The AIaaS Delivery Framework

Most AI projects fail not because the technology is wrong, but because the delivery is chaotic. Teams iterate endlessly without clear milestones. Stakeholders lose confidence. Engineers build features nobody validated. Three months in, the prototype still is not in production.

Our delivery framework fixes this. It is structured, gated, and designed for the pace and constraints of VC-backed startups.

The Four Phases

Phase 1: Discovery and Scoping (Week 1) — We audit your current state, define success criteria, and identify the highest-impact deliverable. This phase ends with a written scope document that everyone — engineers, founders, investors — agrees on.

Phase 2: Architecture and Foundation (Weeks 2–3) — We design the technical architecture, set up infrastructure, implement monitoring, and establish the evaluation framework. Nothing gets built until we know how we will measure success.

Phase 3: Build and Validate (Weeks 4–8) — Iterative implementation with weekly demos and quality checkpoints. Every feature is tested against the evaluation framework before it ships. We do not accumulate untested code.

Phase 4: Harden and Handover (Weeks 9–12) — Load testing, security review, documentation, and knowledge transfer. The system is production-ready and your team can maintain it independently.

Gate Criteria

Each phase has explicit gate criteria that must be met before proceeding. This prevents the scope creep and endless iteration that kills AI projects. If a gate is not met, we diagnose why and fix it — we do not skip it.
