By accessing or using our services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide consulting, development, and troubleshooting services related to AI and web development. Specific terms for paid engagements will be agreed in writing.

3. No Fix No Fee

Where offered, our "No Fix No Fee" policy is subject to the terms in the specific service agreement.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in question.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AIaaS.Team operates.
