AI Productivity Gains vs. Measurable ROI: A Paradox Unveiled

👀 I've just heard in a presentation from Microsoft that 74% of companies are reporting gains in productivity from AI (Gartner) but only 8% of companies are reporting measurable ROI from AI (BCG)...so either 1. AI is too expensive or 2. We're not good enough yet at factoring increased productivity gains into ROI calculations...any thoughts?!?
